Arrival information
Arriving by air to Trondheim Airport Værnes, situated about 32 km north of the city.

Airport buses
There is a good airport bus service from / to Trondheim city centre and several of the city hotels. Rate NOK 90 per person. Generally speaking there is an airport bus every 20 minutes from city centre to the airport on weekdays, some limitations on weekends. Complete details here...

Arrival by train
Trondheim Railway Station is situated very close to the city centre and within 15 minutes walk to all major hotels. Taxi stand and bus terminal at the station. A taxi to most hotels would cost between NOK 80 and 100.

On foot in the city
Trondheim is small and beautiful. We pride ourselves in offering you a ‘compact’ conference; that means that from the majority of hotels you can reach the other hotels and the conference location on foot. Walking from Radisson SAS Royal Garden Hotel, which is in one end of the city centre, to  Trondheim Spektrum, in the opposite end, takes about 15 to 20 minutes. So if the weather is good, it is just a refreshing way to start the day.
