Registration details
The registration fee for conference participants includes:
-3 days Conference and access to all Conference sessions.
-Printed copy of the Conference Abstracts and Proceedings.
-All meeting materials (schedules, handouts, etc).
-Conference Welcome Reception
-Lunch each of the three Conference days
-Refreshments during breaks.

Registration and confirmation
All registrations and hotel reservation are to be made online. You will automatically receive a detailed confirmation to your E-mail. Please note the favorable early registration discount until 01 June 2010.

Payment
Conference registration fee is to be paid by credit card on the secure online registration system. The registration fee is non refundable.
Any hotel reservation made on the same online registration, will be charged with one night's rate as a non refundable deposit.

You may ask for an invoice and payment by bank transfer at an additional cost of NOK 150,-. Please make your request and give instructions in the 'Remarks' field early in the registration form. When reaching the credit card routine during registration, exit from there. Your registration will be confirmed only when full payment is received.

The secure online payment system accepts all major credit cards: Master, VISA, AMEX and Diners.

Accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been reserved for SMIT`2010. These rooms are available at favorable rates when booked on the conference online registration system. You will be requested the first nights rate as a non refundable deposit. Rest of the stay is to be paid directly to the hotel upon departure.

Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be made directly and by e-mail to VIA Travel Tvete AS.

Liability
The organizers cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to personal effects of any conference participants. Everyone is advised to make their own arrangements for insurance of personal effects and medical costs. Certain insurances may also cover cancellation fees. Check with your local travel agent. Furthermore, the organizers cannot be held liable for any claim arising from breach of contract by suppliers etc., or by situations of force majeure. By organizers here are referred to the SMIT Society, the SMIT 2010 national organizers and to VIA Travel Tvete AS, all in different capacities of the organization of the conference.
